About The Position

The Pricing Quote Analyst will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive pricing quotations for customer projects. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, utilizing project management and ERP systems to compile specifications and project inputs. The analyst will build accurate cost estimates, maximize internal capabilities, and execute the pricing strategy.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify any potential pitfalls
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail oriented, highly organized, with the ability to manage and delegate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Understanding of workflows and how data is stored and utilized within the project management & ERP systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of the packaging industry, display materials, pricing practices, and production processes is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Reviews project specifications and customer requirements to develop a comprehensive understanding of requirements to meet expectations and accuracy.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to gather necessary information and ensure pricing quotes align with client expectations, internal capabilities, and drive accurate estimated costs for operational performance evaluation.
• Utilizes estimating software, spreadsheets, and other tools to calculate costs, analyze data, and generate accurate and timely pricing quotes and estimated operational layouts.
• Assures compliance to company pricing policies and practices.
• Sets performance goals, conducts performance evaluations, and takes action to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pricing quotes.
• Provide ongoing project status updates to internal stakeholders, including project timelines, costs, and potential risks.
• Actively fosters a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to cost estimating and share knowledge with the team
