About The Position

Leverage deep technical expertise to provide strategic sales engineering support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize AI-driven pricing strategies, provide recommendations to maximize revenue and profits, and ensure customer. success for TSMC North America. Facilitate TSMC North America pricing review processes by preparing level-playing-field price and margin analysis, enhanced by AI-driven insights into market dynamics and competitive landscapes. Consolidate ASP, revenue, and margin reports, leveraging AI for advanced forecasting, profitability optimization, and strategic planning. Coordinate pricing projects, including those involving advanced analytical tools, consolidate requirements, and perform system tests. Deliver technical and pricing strategy training to Account Management teams. Develop strategic pricing guidelines and make data-driven price recommendations to support Account Management teams in winning business and maximizing revenue and profit. Provide expert technical explanations of TSMC's advanced semiconductor technologies and solutions to key customers, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Photonics and Optoelectronics or related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in an Engineering role.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing design, process and operations
  • Knowledge of integrating AI and machine learning into business intelligence systems, specifically for pricing strategy and competition analysis in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience creating customized AI-powered pricing systems
  • Experience integrating internal and external machine learning engines to optimize business insights and financial modeling processes.
