About The Position

If you’ve ever worn a favorite college hoodie or souvenir hat, there’s a good chance we had a hand in creating it. The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate pricing across sales channel customer-facing price sheets, internal database price tables, and all promotional codes and special price scenarios. This role plays a key part in supporting sales strategy by ensuring pricing integrity, margin protection, and the timely execution of promotions and special pricing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, extremely organized, highly proficient in Excel, and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product development, planning, merchandising, and customer service. This position will report to the VP of Customer Service and CMO. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pricing, data management, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP or pricing software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
