How You Will Make Contributions That Matter… Input and validate pricing condition records for accuracy. Assure all system prices are adjusted as costs are updated to maximize profitability. Monthly audit of deactivated codes, catch weight items and removal of inactive price records. Assist in maintaining data in the MRA. Run and distribute daily Price Hold, CEP Hold and Incomplete order reports. Generate and distribute backup for monthly Broker Commission. Administer price changes, additions, deactivations into SAP system. Maintain pricing on customer portals and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy. Assist in pulling data for Internal and External Audits. Monitor and approve SAP GRC access for Order to Cash T-Codes. Confirm pricing on orders, validate for correctness against customer expected price, refresh pricing on orders as necessary. Upload and validate customer quarterly freight tables and all required customer freight conditions. Effectively execute assigned tasks while adhering to timelines and deliverables. Perform other duties or projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum two years of experience in a business environment.
• Excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business environments; ability to multi-task
• Excellent planning and communication skills, strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, specifically advanced formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• SAP exposure and/or experience preferred.
