Job Description: This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of pricing on a regular basis and working with corporate and sales for forecasting with inventory and purchasing. The most successful candidate will be able to rely on basic instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Basic data entry and keyboarding experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Candidate must pass criminal background

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales or industry experience preferred
• Wine Pricing Experience preferred– Working for a distributor or in a role with direct wine pricing responsibilities (chain, retail, or supplier).
• Ruthless Attention to Detail – Highly organized, process-driven, and diligent about documented change control.
• Profit & Opportunity Mindset – Ability to maximize profitability while identifying retail opportunities within our pricing model.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet.
• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and forward as determined
• Perform general administrative tasks to include: Daily mail duties, data entry, typing memos and correspondence.
• Serve as an assistant for a variety of office functions as time allows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Enter and maintain schedule pricing
• New suppliers
• Discount analysis
• Ensuring profitability and margin requirements are consistently met
