About The Position
The Pricing & Chargeback Analyst is responsible for determining the costs associated with specific projects and will work directly with customers in pricing these projects. The Pricing & Chargeback Analyst will be involved in tracking pricing and forecasting pricing trends for various clients and vendors.
Requirements
- Contracts, pricing, and chargeback analysis experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of finance.
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly Proficient in Excel.

- Advanced Excel experience.
Responsibilities
- The Pricing Analyst will directly participate in the cost analysis of various projects across several plants.
- Prepare customer quotes and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Provide support in the US & Canada in investigating/resolving discrepancies.
- Act as the point of contact for any cost/pricing-related inquiry from customers.
- Works closely with the Chargeback team to monitor transactions and ensure accurate membership.
- Build relationships with wholesaler contacts to ensure proper loading of contracts, memberships, and pricing.
- Assist with contract management and chargeback processing for the US & Canada.
