Monitor held accounts. Notify merchant to inform on exceeding chargeback threshold, obtain reduction plan and rebuttal documentation. Responsible for answering/returning merchant calls and emails. Review and analyze cardholder dispute documentation on card brand sites and download electronic file for record keeping purposes. Review merchant rebuttal to verify legibility, supporting documentation addressing the dispute reason code and countering the cardholder’s claim. Representment merchant rebuttal documentation to issuer/card brand. Decision making on a regular basis, exercises good judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions.
