About The Position

This key role within the PP&T (Pricing, Promotion, and Trade Investments) Team focuses on pricing execution and promotion planning. The Pricing and Promotion Manager partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance to drive top-line growth and profitability. The role involves developing and executing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and providing meaningful insights for improvements. The successful candidate will also contribute to long-term strategic price promotion and trade terms planning while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years in Pricing and Promotion in Home Appliance or Consumer Electronics industry
  • Experience working across multiple levels and functions of an organization
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Pricing strategy, Financial analysis, Revenue management, Promotion planning, Competitive analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • Home Appliance industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute standard pricing across all product categories and channels
  • Partner with Product teams to develop appropriate price positioning within category value tiers
  • Ensure price positioning is properly aligned with brand identity and relative to competitive set within the marketplace
  • Evaluate pricing requests based on internal standards and guidelines
  • Develop and execute promotion calendar across all product categories and channels
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to develop long-term promotion calendar strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotion plans and assess the cost of trade investments
  • Analyze the impact of pricing on volume and profitability, incorporating models for investment scenarios and potential pricing/promotion adjustments
  • Partner with Sales Team to refine customer/channel specific promotional strategies
  • Ensure pricing and margin rates across channels are aligned with broader pricing strategies and financial goals
