Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst Level 2 in our Business Management department. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Missile Products Pricing & Estimating team tasked with providing guidance and support to the business unit activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be located on-site in Rocket Center, WV . This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 0 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience
  • Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and complete work timely in a deadline driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred.

  • Experience with ProPricer
  • Experience with Cost/Price Analysis

  • Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated and works well in team environment
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests
  • Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies
  • Present proposal recommendations to management
  • Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages
  • Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers
