Role Profile Responsible for global Filter Products and Acetyls for the Americas. Analyze, recommend, and execute pricing decisions to support the pricing strategy, and provide pricing analyses and recommendations for competitive price requests that meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years’ prior work experience in an analytical or customer-facing role; preferably in sales, marketing, product management, pricing and/or supply chain

Responsibilities

  • Executes product pricing strategy in collaboration with the Pricing Manager and Sales; utilizes insights from opportunity win/loss data to inform future actions
  • Provides decision support to the Pricing Manager for mass price changes and executes accordingly, including effective communication to all stakeholders.
  • Leverage EVE analysis when reviewing individual customer price requests to inform alternative recommendations
  • Manages system to ensure pricing integrity (segment offer guidance, escalation, price changes, list price, formula price, data integrity, price floors and approval floor process, price discrepancies, and maintenance of pricing records.)
  • Communicates changing market and competitive activities to Pricing Manager and Sales.
  • Documents competitive pricing activity, recommendations, and final decisions.
