About The Position

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Revenue Management team and help drive pricing strategy across assigned markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, enjoys turning data into decisions, and wants real ownership over business results. You’ll work closely with local General Managers and senior leadership, using analytics and market insight to optimize pricing, maximize revenue and utilization, and grow market share. This is a hands-on, in-office role where your pricing decisions have a daily, visible impact on performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent analytical experience.
  • Experience in rental car, travel, hospitality, pricing, or revenue management is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make confident decisions.
  • Competitive, results-oriented personality with a strong work ethic.
  • close attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, analytics, or a performance-driven environment is preferred.
  • Backgrounds in rental car, travel, hospitality, or other demand-based industries are a strong plus.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working with data, making decisions that impact revenue and utilization, and partnering closely with operational leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute competitive pricing strategies to maximize revenue and utilization across assigned regions.
  • Analyze internal performance data, competitor pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor customer behavior and booking patterns to refine pricing and inventory controls.
  • Partner daily with location General Managers to ensure pricing and fleet decisions align with operational realities.
  • Manage inventory strategically to balance customer experience with revenue optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators, including revenue, utilization, rate, and market share.
  • Prepare and present insights to senior management, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Continuously test, learn, and adjust strategies to drive top-line growth and profitability.
