As a Pricing Analyst at RXO, you will support customers and sales representatives by responding to pricing inquiries and delivering accurate, competitive quotes in a timely manner. This role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1+ year of logistics or transportation experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of related experience in pricing, logistics, or transportation
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • The ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Compile, analyze, and interpret data to support pricing strategies and decision-making
  • Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO; upload and maintain rates within the pricing database
  • Act as a liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Collaborate with carrier procurement and sales teams to understand market trends and pricing dynamics
  • Provide timely and competitive quotes to the sales team for new lane opportunities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market tools and trends, including seasonality, industry shifts, and factors impacting rates
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
