About The Position

Plastipak is hiring a Pricing Analyst to join our Sales Financial Analyst team. The Pricing Analyst will run financial models and be involved in new customer projects. This role will also cross-function with marketing, operations, and manufacturing departments to gather all necessary information for pricing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or accounting-related work including internships
• Ability to Travel 10%

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze customer financials for contract negotiation
• Provide pricing quotes for all potential new business & capital projects
• Analyze current margins for pricing improvement opportunities
• Analyze cost structure for any potential improvements
• Review and approve customer price sheets
• Support marketing and costing departments in the annual budgeting/planning process for pricing and margin issues
