We’re looking for a Commercial HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Professional to own and grow a defined territory in the Houston metro area. This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on selling preventive maintenance agreements, helping facility owners and managers maximize building performance while lowering operating costs. This role is ideal for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing value-based deals. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in service industries.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, estimating, or service project sales is helpful but not required
  • Strong hunter mentality: organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple deals at once.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident selling value over price.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new commercial accounts for HVAC preventive maintenance agreements
  • Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Master the use of company-provided lead generation and prospecting tools
  • Conduct site assessments and collaborate with service teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals using financial selling skills.
  • Follow up and close these opportunities.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in our CRM tool and track activity consistently.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with facility owners, managers, and decision makers.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with discipline and persistence.
