Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to train others
- Good knowledge of math and ruler reading
- Previous printing press machine operation
Responsibilities
- Set-up and run press to meet job specifications
- Ensure set-up meets specifications
- Operate press at most efficient speed with consideration of all safety requirements
- Perform minor machine repairs as needed
- Monitor print quality and make needed adjustments
- Perform daily housekeeping in and around press machinery
- Fill out daily production reports
