Position Summary: Press Operator The Press Operator role supports three key areas of production: Production Operation, Automated Assembly, and Packaging. This position is ideal for individuals who value precision, consistency, and hands‑on technical work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate precision punch‑press machines
Follow established press‑safety procedures
Complete required production documentation
Change product reels and bins as needed
Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
Load and unload automation fixtures and component pallets
Operate and interact with automated assembly equipment
Maintain accurate production records
Apply fundamental GDP (Good Documentation Practices) principles
Follow established packaging protocols
Pack components in layered cell packaging formats
Replenish packing supplies from inventory
Inspect components for visual quality attributes
Maintain packaging‑related production records
Complete all required KST training.
Follow all press and workplace safety procedures.
Complete production documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
