About The Position

Requirements

• Are 18+ years old.
• Have strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Can pass a physical, lift up to 50 lbs., and work on elevated press platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and operational inspections of machinery before starting assignments.
• Report equipment defects and address malfunctions or submit maintenance requests.
• Operate press machinery to meet production goals under supervisor guidance.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of parts with frequent checks, including by the QC Inspector.
• Communicate quality issues to supervisors or leaders.
• Safely handle die sections and follow proper procedures for installation and removal.
• Manage materials, including loading coils and banding them to skids as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete related paperwork accurately (e.g., E.O.R. Tickets, Hopper tags).
