About The Position

PRESIDENTIAL TEACHING FELLOW, NEW EDUCATION INITIATIVE (NEI), MIT Open Learning (multiple openings across disciplines), to help design and deliver innovative, stackable courses leading to bachelor’s degrees in engineering with computing/AI; develop digital content, flipped classroom materials, assessments, and co-op experiences; contribute to MIT’s Faculty Academy to train educators in this new model; collaborate closely with MIT faculty, staff, and researchers; and reimagine education for the AI era and prepare the next-generation workforce. Requirements

• PhD in engineering, computing, math, science, humanities, or social sciences with a minimum of eight years’ relevant experience
• proven ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results
• solid organizational and management skills with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• detail-oriented, deadline-driven with excellent communication skills
• ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams
