The first year salary for this role is teacher pay. About the Commitment Teaching Fellows commit to a minimum of three years at Santa Fe South. During the first year, known as the residency year, Fellows train alongside a highly effective lead teacher in an anchor classroom to build their teaching skills and confidence. In years two and three, Fellows take on the responsibility of leading their own classroom as the primary teacher, while still receiving ongoing support and mentorship.
