About The Position

Convoso is seeking a highly experienced and operationally disciplined President to partner with the CEO and founding team to lead the company through its next phase of significant scale. This executive will be responsible for translating the company's vision into focused execution, building the organizational structure needed for growth, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to drive predictable, measurable business outcomes. They will bring a strong focus on operational efficiency, streamlining processes, improving output per headcount, and increasing revenue per employee through disciplined execution and accountability.

Requirements

  • Scale Experience ($25M+ Required): Proven experience operating within and scaling companies at $25M+ ARR, serving as a trusted partner to founders during critical growth stages.
  • SaaS Leadership: Ideally has led or played a significant role in scaling a B2B SaaS company to 100M ARR.
  • Execution Minded: Ability to translate priorities into focused action and deliver results, driving momentum without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Executive Maturity: Navigates conflict, pressure, and urgency with calm, clarity, and confidence; knows how to both challenge and support strong leaders.
  • Cultural Fit: Demonstrates urgency, resilience, and a no-ego approach to bringing accountability to an evolving business. Needs to be driven, resourceful and have pattern recognition.

  • Deep experience in CCaaS or complex GTM models; has helped lead a company through a major inflection point.

Responsibilities

  • Founder Partnership & CEO Alignment
  • CEO Alignment Factor: Operate with strong intuition and alignment with the CEO’s style, priorities, and expectations. Translate vision into clear actions and proactively anticipate organizational needs.
  • Founding Team Dynamics: Successfully partners with a deeply involved founding team, aligning strong personalities while earning trust and leading the company forward.
  • Long-Term Strategy: Partner with the Founders to develop a clear, actionable three-year company strategy that aligns growth, revenue, and market expansion goals.
  • Operational Framework & Execution Discipline
  • Scalable Operating System: Implement and drive a scalable operating system (e.g., EOS/OKRs), ensuring consistent rhythms, accountability, and measurable outcomes across the organization.
  • High-Ownership Execution: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a bias for action—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Manage our structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly business scorecard/dashboard to track revenue, retention, and operational KPIs.
  • Goal Setting: Ensure each department has clear, measurable goals tied to broader business objectives.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership & Revenue Acceleration
  • End-to-End GTM Optimization: Align and optimize the end-to-end GTM strategy across Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue growth and improved customer outcomes.
  • Pipeline Quality: Direct the SVP of Marketing and SVP of Revenue to generate a Predictable and Scalable revenue engine that aligns with Convoso’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Retention Framework: Oversee the SVP of Revenue’s execution of a standardized customer retention framework including churn-risk identification and cross-functional collaboration to increase revenue retention including proactive upsells, saves accounts and proactive product adoption.
  • Product Strategy and Execution
  • ROI-Driven Roadmap: Ensure the product roadmap prioritizes features that maximize revenue impact and customer value.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Product and Engineering to refine the roadmap selection process, balancing short-term revenue drivers with long-term growth initiatives. Holding Engineering accountable to clear timelines and on-time delivery against committed priorities.
