About The Position

The CEO will define and execute strategic plans aligned with the Board of Trustees’ goals, ensuring operational excellence, financial stability, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Master’s degree (MA/MS) or equivalent in healthcare, finance, human resources, medicine, nursing, or business administration from an accredited institution.
5–10 years of executive-level leadership (CEO or VP) in a healthcare organization.
Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (or eligibility).
Strategic planning and financial management expertise.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to navigate complex healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Board of Trustees to set strategic direction and operational goals.
Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient care across the healthcare system.
Drive initiatives for clinical integration, cost structure optimization, and value-based reimbursement.
Oversee financial performance, revenue cycle management, and liquidity strategies.
Foster collaboration among providers, patients, and community stakeholders.
Lead organizational compliance, quality improvement programs, and accreditation processes.
Provide leadership that builds trust, hope, and stability for employees and the community.
Represent Mary Lanning Healthcare in professional associations and community organizations.
