About The Position

As a Celebree Preschool Director , you play a critical leadership role in building and shaping a warm, engaging, and high-quality early learning environment. You will lead our school’s operations, talent development, family experience, marketing efforts, and community presence . Requirements

  • A passionate educator dedicated to supporting children during their foundational years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or qualifications that meet Texas Director licensing requirements
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in a licensed childcare center
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a licensed Childcare Director
  • 20+ years of leadership experience
  • Current Texas Director License
  • First Aid & CPR Certification (required)
  • Food Handler’s Certificate

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Strong familiarity with the Fulshear–Katy area and surrounding communities

Responsibilities

  • School Launch & Pre-Opening Leadership
  • Leading ramp-up activities from the construction phase through opening
  • Driving brand awareness and community engagement in the Fulshear–Katy area
  • Supporting community events, open houses, pre-enrollment activities and social media marketing
  • Operating the Welcome Center to build early family relationships and secure pre-enrollments
  • Working closely with licensing representatives, city of fulshear, Chamber for commerce fulshear
  • Building licensing binders, preparing classrooms, and ensuring all requirements meet Texas Childcare Licensing standards
  • Leadership & Talent Development
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top-quality educators
  • Coach team members, deliver training, and support professional growth
  • Build a positive, collaborative culture that attracts families and staff
  • Family & Community Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with families and community partners
  • Lead center tours and ensure an exceptional customer service experience
  • Create a welcoming, professional, and safe environment for children and families
  • Operational Excellence
  • Manage daily school operations, staffing schedules, and enrollment
  • Oversee budgeting, financial management, and record-keeping
  • Ensure compliance with Texas licensing standards, health and safety regulations, and Celebree policies
  • Champion new company initiatives and school-wide improvements
