The Solution Engineering team plays a critical role in this mission by working with large, strategic customers to design and deliver world-class solutions that align with their unique goals. This role focuses on enterprise deals in the US market and will be based out of the Eastern Time Zone. What Success Looks Like Provide expert technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the presales process. Collaborate with Account Executives to craft compelling solution strategies tailored to customer needs. Design and deliver high-impact Awardco product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value and business outcomes of our solutions. Translate technical features into meaningful business benefits, aligning Awardco's platform with client objectives. Architect and prototype solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. Actively engage with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to build trust and credibility.
