We’re looking for Presales Consultants who can comfortably “live in both worlds” – diving into the product to understand how it works, and then stepping back to explain it simply and convincingly to clients. You’ll support sales cycles by: Learning the GRAVTY® platform inside and out Delivering engaging demos tailored to each prospect Asking smart questions to uncover client needs and pain points Translating those needs into relevant use cases and configurations in the product This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience (or an exceptional recent graduate) who has strong communication skills, high energy, and a genuine hunger to learn enterprise software and the loyalty space.
