As a part of the Sales organization, Pre-Sales Engineers are among the first to introduce the culture of Syniti to our customers and partners. As an ambassador to the company, interaction with our prospective customers requires consistent engagement, professional work ethic and an enthusiastic approach to solving business problems. [ This role has been designated as a remote position allowing qualified talent throughout the listed country to be considered for the opportunity. ]

Requirements

  • Extensive presales or consulting experience with enterprise data management, Syniti products, and partner ecosystems (SAP)
  • Proven capability to lead multiple, concurrent client engagements and strategic initiatives
  • Strong mentorship, communication, and training skills
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrated track record of thought leadership and content creation
  • Willingness to travel and engage proactively at industry events

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and complex client engagements, ensuring effective solution delivery
  • Mentor junior consultants, providing training and guidance on best practices
  • Oversee and approve detailed solution architectures, initial resource plans, and proposal documents
  • Lead end-to-end RFP response processes, including client presentations and proposal defences
  • Prepare thought-leadership materials including whitepapers, articles, and blog posts
  • Represent Syniti at conferences, webinars, and partner enablement sessions
  • Stay informed of product updates and actively disseminate this knowledge internally and externally, particularly regarding SAP
