About The Position

The Presale Coordinator supports the sales organization by developing proposals, sales materials, and deal packaging that enable the sales team to move opportunities from concept to close quickly and efficiently. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, editorial, and production to translate client needs into compelling programs and deliverables. This is a highly execution-focused role that supports senior sales and marketing stakeholders, with opportunities to contribute to ideation and program packaging. This position plays a critical role in increasing seller productivity and improving proposal turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Strong writing and presentation skills with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales and creative teams
  • A results-oriented mindset focused on accelerating proposal turnaround, elevating client presentations, enabling sellers to spend more time selling, and contributing to stronger win rates
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new tools and approaches
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in media sales support, marketing, or proposal development
  • Experience building polished, client-ready decks and proposals (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote)
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales proposals, decks, and custom presentations for client opportunities
  • Package branded content, partnerships, and media programs into client-ready materials
  • Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and production teams to gather inputs for proposals
  • Support RFP responses and ensure timely submission of materials
  • Maintain and update sales collateral, case studies, and product one-sheets
  • Help standardize proposal templates and pricing frameworks
  • Assist with ideation and packaging for integrated brand partnerships
  • Track proposal pipeline and support sellers in moving deals forward
