About The Position

The Prequalification Coordinator will assist with processing pre-qualification requests, managing third-party vendor qualification portals, and processing municipal license requests. This position frequently collaborates with multiple departments to reach operations goals. GPRS is the nation’s largest company dedicated to Intelligently Visualizing the Built World®. Requirements

  • Minimum one year of customer service or administrative support experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams
  • Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a diverse, high-volume workload.
  • Ability to display professionalism when communicating with customers and coworkers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, assisting others when needed.
  • Ability to learn and work with proprietary software.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in completing prequalification packets per customer specifications.
  • Proactively monitor third-party vendor qualification portals to ensure we maintain approved status.
  • Process and maintain municipal and state business license requests.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals when prequalification information is required.
  • Assist in the procurement and maintenance of storage of prequalification records.
