About The Position

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Scottsdale. This role is for someone who is comfortable working the line, following recipes, and keeping pace during busy service periods. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to brand standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting a smooth, efficient kitchen operation. This is a hands-on line cook position in a fast-casual restaurant — not a prep-only role. Immediate interviews available for qualified applicants.

Requirements

• Previous line cook or fast-casual kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable transportation

• Weekend and peak-hour availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Work the line during service periods (grill, sauté, assembly)
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during peak hours
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Assist with prep as needed to support service flow
• Help with closing and cleaning duties
