The Prep Cook, reporting to the Chef Manager, will be responsible for day-to-day food preparation and service in our corporate café. Duties will include working the counter, prepping and preparing food, processing orders and payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Prep Cook must possess excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for our team members and building guests. This role plays a key role in kitchen opening and closing operations. Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:00pm, and Fridays off
