What You Will Do: Wash, peel, cut, and prep vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients following standardized recipes Properly label and store food, keeping perishables at safe temperatures Rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all sanitation standards Assist in transporting food and supplies between prep areas, refrigerators, and cooking stations
