About The Position

Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for top-notch Prep Cooks to join our craft 'ohana!

Job Title: Prep Cook

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kihei - 605 Lipoa Parkway, Kihei, Hawai'i

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour + tips (AND get early access to your earned wages before payday through DailyPay)

Tips: All kitchen team members receive tips (service fee - 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck, adding an additional $1.00-$3.00 per hour!

Requirements

• 6-months to 1-year of related experience preferred
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
• Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves when handling knives, non-slip shoes, etc.)
• Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
• Learn and support other stations as needed
