JOB SUMMARY: Prepare cold foods for food venues ensuring all specifications and standards are met. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Utilizes a wide variety of kitchen equipment. Mains excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions at all times. Ensures venue products are prepared in an eye-appealing manner and will surprise and delight the guests. Follows standardized recipes to ensure accuracy with food orders. Communicates with other team members and supervisors. Ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal controls, policies and procedures. Other job duties as assigned.
