About The Position

Responsible for the overall administration and operations associated with the Premium Accounting Department: this includes but is not limited to: processing premium payments, loan payments, automatic withdrawals from policy owners bank accounts, return items research, researching payment history, and updating billing payment modes. Develop internal and external client relations by providing concise and accurate policy information.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in windows environment.
  • Customer Service skills with data entry experience.
  • Strong problem solving, math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, process and accurately update policy payments in all applicable applications in a timely manner
  • Working in a collaborative manner to meet established departmental service level goals
  • Ability to multi-task in high volume environment on a daily basis and make sound business decisions while maintaining acceptable quality and productivity benchmarks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization internal and external including verbal and written communication
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on division needs
  • Maintain working knowledge of administration system processes.
