About The Position

The Premium Suites Intern will play a vital role in supporting the Premium Suites Team in the planning, execution, and servicing of events at AT&T Stadium. This position offers hands-on experience in premium client services, event operations, and marketing initiatives, assisting with Dallas Cowboys home games and other large-scale third-party events. The intern will also have opportunities to contribute to smaller-scale events, attend professional development training, and support team projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Premium Services Team with day-to-day operations, including preparation and execution of Dallas Cowboys home games and other large events.
  • Support suite services and guest experience initiatives, ensuring premium clients receive a first-class level of service.
  • Collaborate with the Event Management team to help execute smaller-scale events, including set-up, on-site support, and breakdown.
  • Participate in team and organizational trainings for professional growth and development.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives related to the Premium Suites Team, including client communications, promotional materials, and digital content.
  • Provide research, administrative, and project-based support to Premium Suites leadership as needed.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings, offering ideas and support to enhance service and operational efficiency.
  • All other duties as assigned.
