About The Position

The Premium Services Assistant supports the day‑to‑day delivery and coordination of premium service for suite owners and club members for Tepper Sports & Entertainment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service and operational support through first‑class communication, account management, special events, and annual touchpoint programing. The position also assists with daily customer service functions, including renewal support and specialized service initiatives, while enabling the Premium Services team to scale effectively as premium demand and inventory continue to grow.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of ticket sales experience, collegiate or professional level
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems (KORE, Archtics preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable, and team‑focused.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support TSE suite and club members by assisting with service requests, client communications, and follow‑ups.
  • Assist with tracking suite and club transactions, including paperwork and coordination.
  • Help prepare and distribute premium client materials, including invoices, gifts and event communications.
  • Support renewal efforts through database updates, outbound communications, and follow‑up tracking.
  • Assist with logistics and on‑site execution of premium events and game‑day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records related to premium inventory and service activity.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support and assist with special projects as needed.
