The ideal candidate combines a passion for soccer and live entertainment with a refined understanding of premium sales, relationship management, and client experience. Requirements

  • Proven success in premium, B2B, or high-value ticket sales, preferably within professional sports, luxury hospitality, or entertainment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
  • A polished, proactive, and relationship-first approach to sales and service.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce and Archtics preferred).
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and activity goals to support the organization’s overall ticketing and premium sales objectives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new premium membership, suite lease, and hospitality opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with premium clients, corporate partners, and key decision-makers across industries.
  • Conduct tailored presentations and in-person meetings to position premium inventory and experiences aligned with client objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional service to premium members, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and referral growth.
  • Utilize CRM systems to accurately track sales activity, maintain client records, and support a robust and reportable pipeline.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Service, Partnership, and Marketing teams to create high-impact client experiences.
  • Represent Angel City FC at matches, networking events, and community activations.
  • Support game day execution, including hosting clients and managing premium seating areas.
  • Demonstrate thoughtful, creative approaches to prospecting, relationship building, and client appreciation.
