About The Position

The Los Angeles Clippers are seeking a results-driven, self-starting Account Manager, Premium Sales to join the premium ticket sales team at Intuit Dome. This role is focused on driving new season premium ticket revenue primarily through a business-to-business sales approach and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key decision makers. In this role, you will self-prospect, conduct out of office and in-office meetings, and execute outbound new sales campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly competitive, has a hunter’s mentality, and has a proven ability to close high-dollar ticketing products in the sports industry. This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, Ca and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more, Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events. What You Will Do Research, self-prospect, and generate new business through research, calls, emails, and networking. Exceed monthly and yearly sales revenue goals. Effectively execute all assigned sales campaigns and training. Leverage outside networking opportunities. Promote an inclusive culture through teamwork and transparency. Track communications and correspondence with clients using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Additional duties as assigned. Your Background, Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sports marketing, or a related field preferred. At least three (3) years of experience in sales and/or ticket sales. Sports industry preferred. Proven history of hunting new business and closing high-dollar deals. Successful track record of exceeding ticket sales goals. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
