Emp Status Regular Full time Work Shift Day (United States of America) Compensation Range The base pay scale for this position is $56,000.00 - $85,250.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. What you will be doing

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premier/professional athletes and their teams, ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians, clinical teams, agents, and trainers.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the patient journey including scheduling consultations, imaging, surgery dates, therapy appointments, and follow-up visits while maintaining a frictionless, concierge-level experience.
  • Facilitate on-site navigation by escorting patients to appointments, assisting with registration, and ensuring timely movement through hospital departments.
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance and accuracy by overseeing all documentation, such as risk-mitigation forms, intake records, and communication workflows, while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion with all personal, medical, and logistical information for athletes, agents, and other high-profile individuals, in accordance with hospital policies and HIPAA standards.
  • Advocate for the athlete, coordinating cross-functional resources (imaging, language services, out-patient teams, etc) to remove barriers and streamline care.
  • Manage off-site logistical needs, including providing hotel recommendations if requested that enhance the patient’s overall experience.
  • Liaise with professional sports teams in supporting communication and documentation.
  • Provide ongoing post-visit follow-up while ensuring feedback is collected, addressed and communicated to the appropriate medical teams to continue to refine the athlete experience.
  • Support operational excellence by tracking patient activity using department systems (Salesforce, EPIC, CRM), identifying trends, and escalating insights that improve the PAS service model.
