PREDOCTORAL RESEARCHER, Economics , to support all stages of the research process on projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence, labor markets, and economics, investigating how the rapid adoption of AI is transforming work, and how algorithmic decision-making shapes markets; gain exposure to and training in a broad set of research topics in economics and computer science; and be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, natural language processing, and editing papers for publication. They will be fully integrated into the research community at MIT. The position is ideally suited to those planning to attend graduate school in economics, computer science, or a related field.
