Requirements

• Have 2+ years of related education or experience in electronics, mechanics, precision or machine control systems
• Are you able to do same day travel up to 75% with occasional overnight travel
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities
• Must have own tools or ability to acquire them

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and Mechanical Repair Expertise: Troubleshoot precision products and systems remotely, recommend and secure additional professional support when necessary, and deliver expert field service promptly and professionally
• Customer and Technical Interaction: Communicate directly with equ i p m e n t owners, operators, manufacturers, and management to resolve issues effectively and provide top-notch technical support for installations, setups, and deliveries of precision units and systems
• Technical Support and Training : Ass i s t with product demonstrations and training sessions on Precision Farming Systems and software, maintain the highest level of product and technical knowledge through ongoing training, and complete all necessary documentation with accuracy
