Precision CNC VMC Operator — Milling & Setup

About The Position

Are you the go‑to person for turning blueprints into perfect parts? If you can set up a Haas VMC with confidence and keep tight tolerances humming along, we want you in Greenwood, IN on our 2nd or 3rd shift. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant machining experience/training
  • Comfort following written, verbal, and diagram instructions
  • Math chops for fractions, decimals, and units of measure
  • Ability to read blueprints and operation sheets to plan setups and operations
  • Hands‑on CNC setup/operation skills and data entry in the Traverse Manufacturing System
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
