About The Position

Precision CNC Production Technician — Aerospace When your shift begins at 6:00 PM, you step into a clean, climate-controlled shop where aerospace parts take shape. You set up your station, review prints and work instructions, and run parts with care from first piece to final inspection. By 4:00 AM, you leave knowing your precision keeps critical components on spec.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and basic inspection plans.
  • Skilled use of calibrated measuring equipment and gauges.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate CNC equipment to produce high-quality components.
  • Perform basic tool and work offsets, change inserts, and complete in-process documentation.
  • Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, thread gages, pin gages, bore/height gages, and indicators.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow FOD prevention practices.
  • Communicate production, safety, or quality concerns to your supervisor.
  • Support other teams as needed, including deburring, assembly, cleaning, and shipping/receiving.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and follow all quality and safety procedures.
