About The Position

The Pre-Sales Representative Lead, Solutions Specialist will work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and develop customized technical solutions, including integration strategies and platform capabilities. This role involves conducting client discovery assessments, providing product recommendations, performing demonstrations, and acting as a technical liaison between clients and internal product teams. The specialist will also support post-sales activities like integration and troubleshooting, assist in preparing proposals and RFP responses, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's fintech products.
