About The Position

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Papaya Global's solutions to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Papaya Global's offering and competitive advantages. Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback. Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team. Note: This is a salaried position with a bonus/commission component. Occasional travel may be required. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or in-office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive self-starter - we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight, possess strong adaptability skills to manage frequent changes, and exhibit resourcefulness in ambiguous situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with global payroll and workforce management solutions is a plus
  • Experience with Integrations - ideally related to Global Payroll.
  • Experience with Global Payroll Implementation
  • Knowledge of Sales Processes and Methodologies
