Requirements

Proven track record of success in automotive sales management, especially pre-owned vehicles
Exceptional leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop top-performing sales consultants
Strong closer with demonstrated deal desk and negotiation expertise
Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a hunger to outperform goals
Excellent communicator with superior customer service skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and dealership management systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background check and drug test)

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a pre-owned sales team to consistently hit high-volume and high-gross targets
Drive deals and desking directly with clients to maximize profit per unit
Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to become top producers
Develop and execute strategies to move inventory quickly while maintaining premium guest experiences
Partner with senior leadership to optimize pricing, inventory, and marketing strategies
Analyze performance metrics daily to identify opportunities and implement aggressive growth plans
Maintain a visible, motivating presence on the sales floor to energize your team
