The Pre-Employment Specialist – Mechanicsburg Campus is a key contributor to Everstand’s mission by leading, coordinating, and delivering a seamless, compliance-driven pre-Employment experience for new Talent members across multiple regions. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of pre-employment processing, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and program-specific regulations (e.g., COMAR, ORR, MSDE). The HR Pre-Employment Specialist collaborates closely with Recruiting, Employee Relations, Quality Improvement (QI), and other Human Resources functions to ensure a welcoming and thorough start for every employee. The role will ensure the integrity of physical personnel files and HRIS data. The specialist is expected to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, accreditation, and program‑specific employment regulations — including COMAR, OSSE, OLM, ORR, CARF, PA 3800, and Joint Commission standards — to deliver a positive, mission‑driven employee experience.
