Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide pre-placement assessments of job skills and interest of clients referred to the program. Assist clients with the development of job seeking skills. Development of job sites and job carving in the community. On site job analysis and task analysis. On site job training with clients and provide appropriate accommodations and/or assistive technology as needed. On going monitoring and follow-up with clients. Seek out community resources and link clients to the appropriate resource based on analysis of need. Develop individualized client work plans and maintain required documentations and reports. Participate in Individual Support Plan meetings and Supported Employment Plan meeting. Timely communication with program directors, job site managers and staff, coordinators, families and clients as needed. Participate in department and agency meetings. Attend trainings and workshops essential to job function. QualificationsEducation, Certifications & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum 3 years of experience in a related field High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum 4 years of experience in a related field. Certification in a specific or related field, preferred Work Environment & Physical Demands Work is performed in office, program, and residential settings with a moderate noise level. While performing duties, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, communicate, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or lift/move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Travel Required Position requires frequent travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
