This is a full-time Monday - Friday position with traditional daytime hours. Pre-Employment Specialists earn $22/hour What you will do: Empower individuals to reach their employment goals with coaching, skill building, and support that prepares them for success Support and provide instructional training for participants to prepare them for competitive employment. Manage a caseload of up to 5-8 individuals. Prepare and submit documentation and paperwork according to established timeframes and guidelines. Foster relationships and manage clear, ongoing communication with all parties, including participants and families, internal teams, and funders. Build a professional network and beneficial contacts across the business community. Maintain a balance of billable and nonbillable time at 85% or higher throughout the fiscal year. STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE Full-Time hourly direct care staff may be eligible for up to $250 per month paid directly to their student loan vendor. Ask your recruiter for details . At least 2 to 3 years of experience—preferably supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Some college education; bachelor's degree preferred. Basic knowledge of employment laws.
