The Pre-Construction Coordinator supports the successful planning and execution of high-end custom residential projects by managing budgets, schedules, design coordination, and documentation from concept through construction start. This role acts as the bridge between ownership, sales, design partners, consultants, and construction teams to ensure projects are fully vetted, priced, coordinated, and ready for a smooth transition to construction. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely alongside the project Salesperson to support client communication, budgeting, and scope alignment during the pre-construction phase. This position is highly detail-oriented and requires strong communication, organization, and technical coordination skills in a fast-paced custom home environment.
