Position Summary The Pre-Construction Coordinator supports estimating, take-offs, scope analysis, and proposal preparation for electrical construction projects. This role works closely with senior estimators and project leaders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical estimating or construction support roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Review project drawings and specifications.
- Support development of bid packages and proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.
- Maintain organized documentation and bid records.
- Assist in value engineering and scope clarification efforts.
